Natalie L.
Natalie L. is a Self taught Parisian born artist. After a successful career as a project manager in the tourism industry, she left the city life in 1999 to embark on a somewhat "bohemian life style". Traveling the South Pacific gave her the time and inspiration to fulfill her dream of becoming a full-time artist. One of the consequential experiences of her life was sailing around the world on a 33' wooden sloop.
From the South Pacific to Florida, Natalie L., an eclectic artist, brings a very personal touch to her compositions; Imbued in brightness, her work explore a wide variety of subject matter from impressionism to cubism. Involved in the "Hobe Sound Murals" project which goal is to culturally enhance the community with an outdoor gallery, Natalie has been contributing to the beautification of her hometown.
Since her first solo exhibition in New Caledonia, she has been showing in several galleries in Florida including, The Garden of Goods Galleries in Hobe Sound, Joy Gallery in Key West, Molly's Gallery in Stuart and The Lighthouse Art Center in Jupiter and her work is in many collections from Tokyo to Jupiter Island,Fl.
"I love being an artist and enjoy the freedom of experimentation and unexpected discoveries along the way and passionately celebrate a "bohemian life style", finding stimulation by socializing with other artists, juggling time between long walks on the beach, learning to play guitar and trying to find enough time painting in my studio."
